BSH awarded at 'VOICE Best Data Project Award': a transformation in partnership with Zühlke

BSH Home Appliances Group has been awarded second place in the prestigious 'VOICE Best Data Project Award' in the category of large enterprises. The award, presented at the VOICE Entscheiderforum 2024 in Berlin, recognises BSH's holistic data project SIA DARE. 

The SIA DARE (Strategic Investment Area 'Data Analytics Run By Everyone') project is a comprehensive multi-year transformation program aimed at transforming BSH into a data-driven organisation. This program, developed and implemented in collaboration with Zühlke, focuses on continuous delivery of business value through four complementary value streams:
 

  1. Data Culture & Transformation: Providing targeted support for both individuals and business units to ensure a sustainable transformation.
  2. Reporting & Analytics: Increasing efficiency and ensuring consistency in reporting by promoting standards, transparency and enabling self-service in cross-functional reports and KPIs.
  3. Data Science & AI: Establishing a foundation for people, processes, and technology to scale AI solutions and enable the growing demand for AI in products and services.
  4. Data Landscape: Creating clear ownership of data products on the business side and reducing organisational and technical obstacles to enable easy access and sharing of data across silos.

The 'VOICE Best Data Project Award' celebrates projects which excel in innovation, impact, ethical considerations, originality, and the use of cutting-edge data technologies. Our program stood out for its comprehensive and holistic approach to data collection, analysis, and application.
