Gartner® identifies Zühlke once more as a sample vendor for Sustainable Business

Zühlke has once again been recognised as a sample vendor for Sustainable Business in Gartner’s latest ‘Emerging Tech Impact Radar: Services’ report, which reiterates that sustainable business not only means reducing environmental and social impacts of enterprises, but also fostering growth by enabling product and service differentiation.

Commenting on the recognition, Noemi Rom, Head of Sustainability Transformation at Zühlke, said: ‘Zühlke is honoured to be recognised once more by Gartner, a trusted authority in the field. Our inclusion in the report is a powerful endorsement of how we support our clients in future-proofing their businesses through sustainable impact, especially during uncertain times. We’re not just advocating for sustainability – together with our clients, we’re positioning businesses as leaders in driving change and resilience across industries.’ Technology now enables sustainability breakthroughs like never before. With IoT, AI, and other emerging technologies, organisations have all the tools they need to pursue sustainable practices – committed to using resources wisely and building resilient businesses.

The report highlights that sustainable business services are shifting from a niche proposition to a mainstream growth strategy. It notes that sustainable transformation is gaining momentum, driven by increasing executive recognition of sustainability as a strategic opportunity for growth.

This strongly underlines Zühlke’s belief that sustainability must evolve from being merely a regulatory requirement into a strategic business tool. We support companies in developing sustainable products, implementing circular economy models, and creating CO₂-neutral production processes – not just for compliance or sustainability’s sake, but to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and differentiate in the market. A recent report published by the WEF in collaboration with BCG shows that sustainable investments deliver significantly higher returns for companies.

Gartner® further predicts that digital transformation and sustainability are becoming inseparable within business strategies, compelling organisations to innovate with sustainability at their core. ‘In a world where predictability is on the decline, sustainability serves as a steadying force, helping data-driven and technology-enabled organisations stay future-oriented– especially in complex or highly regulated industries’, adds Noemi Rom.

A Zühlke study also identifies sustainability as a key driver of business growth, noting that 75% of leaders and senior executives now see sustainability as an opportunity for growth, rather than merely a cost or compliance issue.
