However, our project notes were scattered, disorganised, and lacked a robust search functionality. This disorganisation made it difficult to find and present relevant case studies to potential clients, hindering our presales efficiency.

The solution

We tackled this challenge head-on by developing the Project Finder with our team of Zühlke data & AI experts. This innovative tool leverages Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance and index our project notes from various sources within the company. It features a powerful search engine that helps us find the most relevant Projects for specific presale activities. Additionally, the chatbot assists by answering questions and rephrasing Projects into the desired formats, making it easier to present them to potential clients.

Our first prototype quickly proved its worth, demonstrating feasibility, desirability, and viability. With 90% of participants planning to continue using the tool, we knew we were onto something big. The data suggested annual savings of approximately $2.5 to $5 million and an increased conversion rate, leading to an additional annual income of $2.5 million. Our recently deployed Minimum Viable Product (MVP) is now widely used across the company, becoming an invaluable tool for our sales activities.
