LGT: Transforming an E-Banking product for the agile world

We helped LGT establish a quality assurance approach, reducing incidents by 70% and accelerating time-to-market.

LGT, one of the world's leading international private banks for high-net-worth clients, wanted to transition its product development lifecycle to an agile framework. Guiding principles, process blueprints, and foundational concepts were to be tested within an early adopter product—the E-Banking solution—establishing a model for future products.

Adapting swiftly to changing requirements, fostering a user-centric development approach, and accelerating the delivery of new products and features were deemed essential for success.

Knowledge transfers for the LGT’s centre of excellence

Following an initial analysis of the project, we established specific actions to enhance overall quality (ZQAF Assessment), foundational definitions, and working agreements for the agile setup.

Together with LGT, we developed a comprehensive test concept and strategy for agile products. We also conducted a knowledge transfer on agile methodologies and approaches for all members of LGT’s Centre of Excellence to ensure a smooth transition to the new agile processes and mindset.
