CSS, a Swiss health insurer, wanted to revamp its customer portal, setting a new standard in customer experience and consolidating its position as a digital pioneer in the industry.
The existing portal, used by nearly 1 million policyholders via web and mobile app, would be upgraded with expanded functionality, a refreshed design, revamped architecture, and a modernised technical foundation—further extending CSS’s lead over competitors.
The insurer selected Zühlke as its technology partner to support the development of the new customer portal and maintain the existing one throughout the transition period.
