Existing software reaching its limits The Zurlinden building cooperative wants to completely integrate its real estate portfolio, which has a market value of approximately CHF 1.5 billion, into the NEXPORT® software of its long-term partner Aktiva AG. The existing solution is reaching its limits: the previous processes are error-prone and based on Excel and documents. The new portal is designed to showcase the professional expertise and added value of the personal consulting services. Zühlke has been commissioned to develop the portal further and is realising this on the basis of the flexible low-code application platform Mendix. Scalable tool offers added value The further development into a portfolio management tool enables centralised data storage and collaboration between the partners. Key performance indicators are calculated and trends and master data are shown visually. Data-driven strategic decisions can be made. New requirements, topics and strategies are integrated on an ongoing basis. The solution is multi-client capable and can be offered to other customers as software-as-a-service and further developed together with them.
