Engagement Manager - Industrial and Consumer Products

How you will make an impact

• You are an engagement lead - You acquire and manage complex projects in the field of device and software development for our industrial clients, always prioritizing the success of the project for our clients.

• You are a consultant - With your wealth of industry know-how (machine, device and apparatus construction as well as sensors and measuring systems) and consulting experience, you help decision-makers to find the ideal path through digitization. In doing so, you take a leading position and accompany clients as a trusted advisor up to implementation and beyond. 

• You are an entrepreneur - Together with your colleagues at Zühlke, your high level of customer orientation makes you strong, both in customer acquisition and in client management. You inspire, create added value for our clients and position Zühlke as a partner for business innovation. This role offers you daily contact with clients - from getting to know them to preparing offers and completing projects.

• You are a leader - You manage to reconcile a wide range of interests, create trust among clients and employees and lead the Zühlke teams in your portfolio in an inspiring and trusting way. 

What matters to us

• You have experience in engagement management and in the realization of digitization projects in the industrial software and/or hardware engineering industry.

• Your understanding of technologies such as IoT and AI will stand you in good stead and you know how these are used to create value in an industrial environment.

• A quick grasp, strong communication skills and an understanding of business processes help you to understand complex client problems. 

• Even in demanding multitasking situations, you will not lose your commitment to quality and will be able to set the right priorities. 

• A university degree (University or FH), in-depth project experience and fluent German and English are required for this position.

For this position we are offering an attractive compensation package above the IT collectively agreed minimum basic salary (IT-KV, with classification ST2/rule). The gross salary/month starts at EUR 5.000,- and will be adjusted according to your qualifications and experience.
