  • Time off & Flexibility

    • Flexible working: In coordination with our clients and your team, you decide on the distribution of your working hours, supported by your working time account (different setting for senior positions).
    • Part-time work: Flexible adjustment of your working hours at every level.|
    • Work from home: Split equally between working from home and on-site with your team - at the client or in the office
    • Remote work: Flexible options to adjust your working environment. We offer fully remote positions if the nearest Zühlke office is too far for you to meet your colleagues there every week. For team collaboration, one to two days on-site per month are planned.
    • Annual leave: 30 days of vacation and paid leave for special occasions.

  • Financial benefits

    • Profit Share Plan: In addition to your annual base salary, you’ll be eligible to participate in the Group Profit Share Plan which is based on the company’s success in the previous financial year.
    • Occupational Pension Scheme (bAV): You can easily provide for your future through salary conversion.
    • Capital-Forming Benefits: We support your savings plans with an additional contribution of €40 per month.

Additionally, Life Situation Coaching is available for personal crises, workplace conflicts, family issues, and financial difficulties, with 24/7 hotline support.

Once a year, our Zühlke teams meet for a few days at the Zühlke Camp. The Camp is an essential part of our corporate culture and is all about collaboration and networking.
