    • Flexible Working: Exceptionally flexible working hours and options to take unpaid leave, subject to client project requirements
    • Flextime: Use overtime to take time off or have it paid out. For senior roles, choose between receiving five extra days holiday or flextime with a lower target profit share
    • Part-time work: Options for flexible workload changes, also for senior and management roles, depending on project work and your private interests
    • Remote work: Up to 10 working days per year from anywhere
    • Hybrid Working: 2 office days per week (on a full time basis), 3 days from anywhere in Switzerland
    • Annual Leave: 25 days of paid holiday, increasing to 30 days from the age of 50, plus additional paid days off for special occasions such as marriage or moving house
    • Maternity Leave: 16 weeks full pay, with the option to take additional unpaid leave for up to six months
    • Paternity Leave: 10 days full pay

    • Profit Share Plan: In addition to your annual base salary, you’ll be eligible to participate in the Group Profit Share Plan which is based on the company’s success in the previous financial year  
    • Home Office Allowance: One-time payment to support your home office setup when you start with us
    • Mobile Phone Contribution: Monthly contribution towards your mobile phone plan, plus an annual device contribution
    • Referral Bonus: Generous bonus for successful referrals, with amounts depending on the employee's grade
