    • Flexible Working: Exceptionally flexible working hours and options to take unpaid leave, subject to client project requirements
    • Flextime: Use overtime to take time off or have it paid out. For senior roles, choose between receiving five extra days holiday or flextime with a lower target profit share
    • Part-time work: Options for flexible workload changes, also for senior and management roles, depending on project work and your private interests
