    • Flexible working hours: Align with your project team and organize your working hours with high flexibility to meet your daily needs.
    • Hybrid working model: We offer a hybrid working model with attractive office facilities and the possibility of working from home. You just need to align with your People Lead.
    • Flexi-time: Need to work a bit longer to finish a task? Need to leave earlier for a personal appointment? Don’t worry! With flexi-time, you can manage your hours according to your needs and compensate or take hours off during the year.
    • Reduced or Condensed working hours: You can reduce your working hours to 32 hours/week and have more free time for your personal projects. You can also condense your working hours and spread it across 4 or 4,5 working days. The choice is yours!
    • Vacation: 22 days' vacation and the possibility to take half a day of vacation off.
    • Creative days: We offer 3 additional days off* that you can use as a paid leave or cash out 460€**/gross/day (*accrual and **pay-out conditions apply).
    • Parental leave: New parents get the break they deserve while celebrating one of the most memorable events in life—welcoming a new child into the family. If you opt for the initial leave exclusive for the mother of 150 days or shared initial leave of 180 (150+30) days, we’ll top-up your salary by 100%.
    • Local bank holiday: You may choose between taking the day off either for the St. John Public Holiday or the local holiday specific to your place of residence.
    • Profit Share Plan: You’ll be eligible to participate in the Group Profit Share Plan, which is based on the performance of the Zühlke Group in the previous financial year. You can also transfer this amount to the Flexible Benefits platform and use it in Flex benefits!
    • Remote Work Allowance: A remote work allowance in the gross amount of €30 per month* is paid to cover the costs of heating, water, electricity, home office equipment, or other necessary facilities at home. (*telework and legislation conditions apply).
    • Meal Allowance: Meal allowance in the gross amount of €10,20* per working day paid by debit card – Flexible Benefits Platform (legislation conditions apply).
    • Equipment Buyout: Top-notch equipment for you to choose and work from , and after 4 years of use, you can buy your laptop for a reduced fee.
    • Build your Compensation Package: If you are eligible to receive a Salary Raise or Profit Share, you can choose how you want to receive it: as salary or flexible benefits.   
    • Trusted Sick Leave: Your wellbeing is vital to us. You can take up to 3 days of paid leave if you’re not feeling well and need time to recover.
    • Sick Leave: During the first 30 days/year we will top-up your salary by 100%.
    • Health Insurance: We offer private Health Insurance for all employees. Spouses and children can also be covered at a limit of 1.500€/person. (*conditions apply).
    • Caring by Eutelmed: You have access to a free mental health prevention platform with psychologists and qualified health professionals, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
    • Modern office and equipment: When you come to the office, you’ll find a comfortable and modern environment for you to work but also to socialize with your colleagues. We have 54 desks equipped with top-notch equipment (monitor, keyboard, and mouse) for you to choose and book via the Roomz app. We also have available meeting rooms, acoustic booths and multiple informal working spaces for you to work comfortably and feel at home.

    • Free parking spots: We have available 12 spots on the building parking, located on the -2 floor. To use them you just need to book a spot via the Roomz App.
    • Commute Policy: If you live +50 km away, we’ll cover transport expenses* when you’re required to come to the office for an in-person business reason. (*public transport options are covered in full and if you’re coming by car, we 
       will reimburse 0.40€ per kilometre)
